The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has announced fuel prices for the period between 15th January to 14th February 2026.

“In accordance with Section 101(y) of the Petroleum Act 2019 and Legal Notice No.192 of 2022, we have calculated the maximum retail prices of petroleum products which will be in force from 15th January 2026 to 14th February 2026.” read part of the statement.
In its latest review, EPRA has marginally reduced the prices of Super Petrol, Diesel and Kerosene by KShs.2.00, KShs.1.00 and KShs.1.00 per litre respectively.

“In Nairobi, Super Petrol, Diesel and Kerosene now retail at Kshs.182.52, Kshs.170.47 and Kshs.153.78 effective midnight for the next 30 days.”
2026 Fuel Price Projections
This slight reduction comes after a period of stagnated fuel prices from Spetember 2025 where Super Petrol, Diesel and Kerosene have been retailing at Kshs.184.52, Kshs.171.47 and Kshs.154.78 respectively.
Currently, Geopolitics is taking centre stage and will likely have an impact on furl prices globally.
